We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

We only share personal information where it’s needed, with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
Paid downloads such as toolbox talks are sold through Gumroad, which takes the payment and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name and email so we can support your purchase.
LogistiConsult Partners. AJTC Ltd, Kent RAG Consultancy Limited (KRC Limited) and Black Dog Financial Limited are separate companies. If you ask to be put in touch with a partner, or your enquiry is for a service a partner provides, we’ll pass your contact details and enquiry to that partner. They then become responsible for your information under their own privacy notice.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to the DVSA, the Traffic Commissioner, the Environment Agency or HMRC.
Our information is held in the UK and the European Economic Area wherever possible. Some of our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
